Based in London. Douglas Adams was mainly a sporting and landscape painter. His landscapes were in the main spectacular views of Scotland and Ireland. Adams was known for his pictures of sporting scenes, fishing, golf and wild fowl shooting, which were widely published. His golfing series are amongst the most famous golf images in the World.
